Funny thing is that cash shop is the only thing that actually works all the time because gameforge likes their milking shop. Anyway i purchased tt only twice for same reason as you and never had any problems. If you wrote a ticket you won't get a response till monday i think

Since i don't see the link sunny posted (i think) i will say something silly. Sometimes this bug happens if you close gflive or steam before the game launches. Idk if you close it before that might be the problem maybe.

I don't play that event server but im quite sure, by some logic, you won't be able to +7 storm in 20-30days. Unless you use your mastercard or no life 20h/day.
I thought you play for fun not to get gear which is extremly easy to get nowadays and not expensive at all so yeah no point in double drop just enjoy the new server for funzies duhhh

I think it says that you CAN'T exceed 4000 production points and thus your vial is useless since it restores 1000. You need to have 3000 pp if you want to use that vial. Or maybe even 3999 not sure (but thats dumb to use on 3999 since you can max 4k so )
